We use the name, email address, timezone, appointment details, and payment references you provide to arrange and manage your consultation.

Payments and communication

Stripe processes card payments. This website does not store your card number. Our hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate bookings and deliver appointment emails.

Your appointment

Your private management link lets you view, reschedule, or cancel your booking within its policy. Keep that link confidential. Functional session cookies are used for security and admin login; no advertising analytics are included.

Professional advisory only

Do not submit patient information, medical records, or emergency requests. These sessions are professional advisory conversations, not clinical appointments.
